Processing Calendar 2005

Because Federal Reserve Banks will be closed on the following Holidays in 2005, no ACH (banking) transactions can be processed on those dates. Please, incorporate these dates into your processing windows like you would incorporate Saturdays and Sundays. If you have any questions, please call us at (859) 255-7020. Remember that the earliest day funds are guaranteed available to your employees is 48 hours after submission if submitted by 12:00 p.m

Any time PSI Office’s close at 1:00 p.m., all files for ACH (bank) processing must be in by 11:00 a.m. Please note that if your check date falls on any of the days proceeding or following the above holiday dates, your payroll will have an earlier transmitting/processing date. Tax clients: Note your funds will be impounded 1 banking day prior.

We will, from time to time, reserve time for Payroll Solutions Staff training to help us provide the quality service you expect from Payroll Solutions. Someone will be available during these times taking phone calls in case emergency payroll situations arise.
